Cancellation Policy

We understand that illness and emergencies do occur. We ask our patients to please give us a 24 hour notice whenever possible if they cannot keep the appointment. This allows us to fill our schedule with other waiting patients. 

Like many other businesses, our ability to meet our financial responsibilities such as payroll, dental supplies, and the power bill depends on our working a full schedule every day. However, unlike many medical professionals we do not over book patients. Your scheduled time is just for you. Consequently, last minute cancellations are very difficult for us.

Policy and Fees

• Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment with a 24 hour or more notification is no charge. Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment less than 24 hours will result in a charge.
  
• Failure to give a 24 hr advance notice:
  
• $50 for a hygiene appointment
• $100 for a doctor’s appointment
  
• No show, no call is an automatic $150 per hour that you were scheduled for
  
• We appreciate you being understanding regarding our appointment policy.
